MonGOS Workshops – European Green Deal: Water and sewage in the circular economy

The water and sewage sector, due to the wide possibilities of obtaining raw materials, energy and water, is of key importance in the implementation of strategies related to closing the resources loop and climate neutrality.

In order to unlock the potential of the water and sewage sector in the implementation of the assumptions of the circular economy model and the European Green Deal, it is necessary to integrate the activities of the most important stakeholders in accordance with the components of the circular economy model for the water and sewage sector, i.e. reduce, remove, reuse, recycle, recover and rethink referring to the need to rethink (improve) all the elements of the model.

In connection with the above, the organized workshops entitled The European Green Deal: Water and Wastewater in a Circular Economy will be devoted to discussing possible actions aimed at using the full potential of the water and sewage sector and accelerating its transformation in accordance with the circular economy model, but also in the context of challenges resulting from the implementation of the European Green Deal.

For this purpose, we invite the representatives of the most important stakeholders representing the public administration sector (central and local government), universities and research institutions, enterprises and non-governmental organizations.

The Workshops will be an online event in Polish: https://mon-gos.eu/workshops/
